Ma(i)son in conjunction with Sweet Stem Farm are very excited to announce our first ‘Whole Hog Dinner!’  

Join us for the celebration of all things porcine as we offer a 6-course pork-centric menu.  

In everything we do, it is our priority to work with the best quality products as well as getting as close to the source of those products as possible.  We have been sourcing local pork from Sweet Stem Farm since our inception but have wanted take our ‘farm-to-table’ relationship with them even further.

 During one of our farm visits several months ago we inquired about the possibility of Sweet Stem Farm raising a Ma(i)son hog in which we would bring organic vegetable/kitchen trim to, visit and monitor its growth and ultimately harvest the animal and ensure every ounce of it was used.

This idea quickly became a reality and within weeks we were back at the farm when the piglets arrived and selected Ma(i)son’s hog.  After several months and much growth, our hog is ready to harvest and a celebration is to be had!

Join us on Thursday July 19th as we celebrate Ma(i)son’s hog in a rustic, multi-course communal dining experience amongst friends & neighbors.
